Last year, after being overwhelmed by global happenings, I made a decision – what if I decided to change that? What impact might that have on my life?

In order to find out, I created Grateful in April, a m.a.d.woman initiative to get people focused on what’s already good in their lives.

Grateful in April is a global campaign to get people focused on feeling good about what they’ve already got in their lives. It’s amazing what can occur when you find ways to be grateful for what you have.

By noticing and acknowledging all the great things that currently occur in your life, you will focus on creating more of the same. Seeing the good around will allow you to look at situations and people in a different light and experience them more positively.

Many people say that what you think about, you bring about. Like last year, my plan for this April is to focus on all the greatness there is in the people and the world around me and see what positive outcomes that can bring.

If you are not already signed up, I’d love for you, your friends, family and colleagues to join me. It’s easy and there is no cost involved.

All you have to do is visit www.gratefulinapril.com to find out more or sign up right here. When you sign up, you will receive an inspiring tip each day for 30 days, to help you develop an attitude of gratitude.

You can also check out some of our clips from well known musicians, sports heroes, comedians and tv/radio personalities who are sharing what they are grateful for.

You can also check out the daily blog, read other inspiring messages and we encourage you to share what you are grateful for in your life.

And why are we doing this? Because we want people thinking and acting in ways that make them feel great about themselves and the world around them. Get on board now!
